The assault resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
